Promotion Terms and Conditions “10% DISCOUNT FOR A REVIEW”
§1 General Provisions
The organiser of the promotion “10% Discount for a Review” (hereinafter: the “Promotion”) is PODOX PODOLOGIA SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ, with its registered office in Warsaw (01-142), ul. Sokołowska 9/U18, NIP 5273179041, REGON: 54253748200014, providing medical services entered into the register under number 000000301566 (hereinafter: the “Organiser”).
The Promotion is valid from 23 March 2026 until further notice.
The Promotion is conducted at the Organiser’s facility and applies to services offered by the Organiser.
The purpose of the Promotion is to obtain Patient reviews regarding the services provided.
§2 Participants
Only a Patient who has used the Organiser’s services may participate in the Promotion.
Participation in the Promotion is voluntary.
§3 Promotion Rules
The Promotion consists of granting a 10% discount on one service selected by the Patient from those offered by the Organiser.
The condition for receiving the discount is the simultaneous fulfilment of the following:
a) publishing a review of the Organiser’s services on Google or the ZnanyLekarz platform,
b) the review must relate to an actual visit to the Organiser’s facility,
c) informing the reception about the published review before using the discount.
The Organiser reserves the right to verify the published review.
Verification consists solely of confirming the fact that the review has been published.
Each Patient may benefit from the Promotion only once.
The discount cannot be exchanged for cash or other benefits.
The Promotion cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts or special offers.
§4 Limitations
The discount may only be used during a single visit immediately after meeting the Promotion conditions.
The review must not violate applicable law or standards of social conduct.
The Organiser reserves the right to refuse to grant the discount if the conditions set out in these Terms are not met.
§5 Complaints
Complaints regarding the Promotion may be submitted:
a) electronically to: podoxcompany@gmail.com,
b) directly at the Organiser’s facility.
Complaints will be reviewed within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.
§6 Final Provisions
These Terms are available at the Medical Podiatry Centre “PodoX Podologia” and on the Organiser’s website.
The Organiser reserves the right to amend these Terms or terminate the Promotion for valid reasons.
Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable law.
In matters not regulated herein, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.
